www.darulifta.dud.edu.in is owned by Darul Uloom Waqf Deoband (India). This website is specially meant for questions pertaining to Darul Ifta (department to issue fatwa). Fatwa means a ruling on a point of Islamic law given by a Mufti. Fatwas are just guidance (from Islamic Shariah) and constitute no legal binding.
