The answer to your question is as follows:

In fact, the amount of interest should be returned to the owner, but when it is difficult to return to the main owner, one is obliged to give it to the poor. Since you are not the owner of this amount, you are not responsible for its zakat. So, give the entire amount of interest to the poor in the same way you did till date.

The answer to your question is as follows:

(1) As long as you expect the money given as debt to return to you, you have to include lent money into your total asset and pay zakat. When you lost your hope to get it back, you are not obliged to pay the lent money’s zakat, but you can wait and whenever you get back your money, pay the zakat of the previous years too which passed on that amount. (2) The interest received from bank cannot be given in its service charges. It must be given to poor and needy people without the intention of reward as you have been doing for many years.

Zakat is not obligatory on the gold held by the bank as a security. And after withdrawing jewelry from the bank, Zakat of previous years too will not be obligatory.

"ومنها الملك التام وهو ما اجتمع فيه الملك واليد وأما إذا وجد الملك دون اليد كالصداق قبل القبض أو وجد اليد دون الملك كملك المكاتب والمديون لاتجب فيه الزكاة، كذا في السراج الوهاج ... ولا على الراهن إذا كان الرهن في يد المرتهن، هكذا في البحر الرائق". الفتاوى الهندية (1/ 172):

The answer to your question is as follows:

Among husband and wife, whoever is the owner of Nisab i.e. 87.479 gram of gold or 612.360 gram of silver or cash equivalant to 612.36, Zakat becomes obligatory upon his / her wealth. If your wife owns the nisab then zakat is wajib on her and she must pay it. It is not husband’s duty to pay zakat of wife’s wealth. Nevertheless if husband, with wife’s permission, pays the zakat on behalf of his wife, it will suffice.

The answer to your question is as it follows:

The Zakat (obligatory charity) can be paid only to the poor Muslims. It cannot be given to non Muslims or Christians. If one did so it will not relieve him of the obligation. Nevertheless, if a non Muslim or a Christian is in a dire need, one should help him by giving Sadaqa (voluntary charity).

The answer to your question is as follows:

Zakat is obligatory each year on the total amount you possess (whether in cash or in the bank). On the day of completion of lunar year from the date of last Nisab, Zakat will be required on this total amount. Therefore, next year it will be obligatory to pay zakat of all eleven lakhs.
