The answer to your question is as follows:

Parents devote their life to upbringing their children, so it is duty of children to respect the emotions of their parents at any cost. However, whatever you possess in your lifetime is your own property and you have full right to do what and how you wish to do with your wealth. You have full right to give it to whom you like and don’t give whom you dislike, but evicting a child from property is not recommended and sometimes it is not considered to be legitimate in shariah.

The answer to your question is as follows:

In father’s property after his death, the son gets double share and daughter gets single share. So, if the legal heirs are only one son and four daughters, then the entire property left by father shall be divided into six shares, out of which two shares shall go to the son, and each daughter will get one share.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Maximum 7 shares could be in a big animal slaughtered in Qurbani. In a small animal there must be only one share. A goat cannot be slaughtered in the name of more than one person. However, if a person offers a goat in qurbani in his name and sends its rewards to the persons mentioned above by you, there is nothing wrong in doing so.

The answer to your question is as follows:

If the father did not make a will to spend in the above-mentioned good deeds, but merely expressed his wish, then the total property will be divided among the brothers and sisters according to Sharia. Yes, if all the heirs agree to withdraw a certain amount for the above purposes, then there is nothing wrong in it. And if the father had made a will, then one-third of the total wealth will be fixed first for the same purpose, then the distribution will take place among the heirs in the rest property.

The answer to your question is as follows:

After the death of your father, according to the government law, the amount of pension given to your sister is a gift from the government. In government pension, inheritance system is not applied. The one who is receiving pension from the government will be the sole owner of the same; and others have no right in it. Therefore, you and your elder sister have no right to this pension. However, your elder sister and you will be entitled only to share the property left by your father and mother. Nevertheless, since the sister is under your care and you bear all her expenses, if you take money from her to spend on her, then it is allowed and you can do so.

The answer to your question is as follows:

The verses of Ayat al-Kursi are a part of the Holy Qur'an. And while reciting the Holy Qur'an both Aoozu Billah and Bismillah are Sunnah and are among the etiquettes of the Holy Qur'an; if one does not read, it will not make him a sinner but it is not good. Therefore, before Ayatul-Kursi, one should recite both Aoozu-Billah and Bismillah.
