The answer to your question is as follows:

On the day of Eid, it is Makrooh (Tahreemi) to offer Nafl prayers at home or in Masjid before Eid prayer. However, after Eid prayers, one can pray Nafl at home and it is forbidden to pray Nafl in Masjid.

ولايتنفل قبلها مطلقاً ... و كذا لايتنفل بعدها في مصلاه؛ فإنه مكروه عند العامة، و إن تنفل بعدها في البيت جاز ... قوله: (فإنه مكروه) أي تحريماً علی الظاهر..."الخ (طحطاوی علی الدر المختار، كتاب الصلاة، باب العيدين، ١/ ٣٥٣، ط: رشيدية)

ولا يتنفل في المصلى قبل صلاة العيد٬ لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يفعل ذلك مع حرصه على الصلاة ثم قيل الكراهة في المصلى خاصة وقيل فيه وفي غيره عامة لأنه صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يفعله "(الهداية شرح البدایۃ: ج1، ص85 ط. دار احیاء التراث العربی٬ بیروت)

It is permissible for you to pray Zuhr instead of Friday prayer in such a compulsion, but missing the regular Friday prayer is a matter of great concern and deprivation, so either try to get permission for Friday prayer or take your monthly leave on Friday so that you may get at least one or two Fridays in a month, and if all attempts to offer Friday prayer fail, do continue to look for another job, and hold on to the current job until another suitable job is found.

Yes, in this case you have to do Sajda-e Sahw at the end as you have followed your imam in salam by mistake.  

ولو سلم المسبوق مع الإمام ينظر إن كان ذاكرا لما عليه من القضاء فسدت صلاته وإن كان ساهيا لما عليه من القضاء لا تفسد صلاته؛ لأنه سلام الساهي فلا يخرجه عن حرمة الصلاة. كذا في شرح الطحاوي في باب سجود السهو. (الفتاوی الھندیۃ 1/98)

Whether the following is Mufta bihi Qoul ? For the same majlis, only one Sijdah is Wajib for repeated tilawat of the Ayat e Sijdah. Majlis will not change may it be too long or one eats or drinks or stands or walks a few steps for example rides on the vehicle or comes out from vehicle or goes from one corner to another of the masjid & bed room (those parts of the masjid where IQTIDA is valid are treated as same place).Furthermore,Journey by boat does not change the Majlis for the sitting person but journey through road by vehicle. Denial of absolute hadith leads to disbelief. So, it will be necessary to make up for salah after renewal of faith. If one denies the credibility of the hadith available in the books, it leads to sin and wickedness and it requires making up for the salah missed and does not require making up for the salah that were offered.

(وإن) أنكر بعض ما علم من الدين ضرورة (كفر بها) كقوله إن الله تعالى جسم كالأجسام وإنكاره صحبة الصديق (شامی، باب الامامۃ 1/561) وقد صرح بعض المحققين من الشافعية بأن من أنكر مشروعية السنن الراتبة أو صلاة العيدين يكفر لأنها معلومة من الدين بالضرورة وسيأتي في سنن الفجر أنه يخشى الكفر على منكرها. (شامی، باب الوتر والنوافل 2/5)

The answer to your question is as follows:

Keeping beard to the extent of one fist in length is wajib in Shariah. If someone's beard is longer than a fist in size, he can trim it so as to make it a fist. However, trimming one's beard shorter than a fist is prohibited and sinful. Performing namaz behind an Imam who trims his beard is makrooh e Tahreemi. Such a person should not be chosen to lead any namaz. Nevertheless the prayers performed behind such an imam are valid and it is not required to repeat them. Practicing muslims should be preferred to be in the trustee or committee of masjid. Those who don’t keep proper beard for fear of Allah, how they can fear Allah in other matters!

However, if there is no person with proper beard available to lead the prayer, then it is better to offer the prayer in jamat (congregation) behind someone who trims his beard than to offer it alone.
