Ulama have different opinions in regard to the prawn eating. Imam Abu Hanifa is of the opinion that prawn does not come under the category of fish which is lawful. So you are suggested to avoid prawn eating.

The answer to your question is as follow:
Nowadays the alcohol used in edibles and medicines is generally made of vegetables, wheat, beans and coils etc. Such alcohol is pure and Halal. Similarlyaccording to our knowledge, the alcohol used to get the vanilla extract from its bean is not made of grapes, dates or raisins but it is made of vegetables thus it is pure and Halal. Nevertheless, if you ever come across an edible object that contains alcohol made of grapes etc. then it is impure and Haram even a drop of it.

As we know Coca cola, Thumps-Up etc contain no impure and Haram substances and there are no other reasons to label these drinks with haram, hence it is lawful to drink. However, some doctors consider these drinks injurious to health hence suggest avoiding them.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Being Halal or Haram according to shariah is a matter of concern for Muslims as they themselves are obliged to obey shariah rules and regulations. And the Hindus and non-believers are not bound by subsidiaries of Shariah. So, for non-Muslims, all their earnings will be considered as halal. Therefore, if they gift something to a Muslim, there is nothing wrong taking it. However, extra precaution should be taken in food as it should not be mixed with anything impure (Najas) and should not be offered to any deity.

There is no issue in purchasing items from non-Muslims’ companies. Yes, if it is confirmed or probable that they use urine or any other impurity as ingredients of their products one must not use such product.
As for bank loans and insurance, they are haram. And using something haram as a means to achieve halal things is not allowed.
