The answer to your question is as follows:

A menstruating woman is not allowed to do tawaf. For, it is done in masjid and she is not allowed to enter the masjid being in period. She can do saee which is done outside the masjid premises. (2) In Umra it is very important to do all arkan in order. So, one is not allowed to do Saee before Tawaf.

وتقدیم طوافہا علی السعی شرط لصحۃ السعی و تقدیم سعیہا علی ا لحلق واجب (غنیۃ الناسک ص:١٩٧)و لایجب الطہارۃ عن الجنابۃ و الحیض سواء کان سعی عمرۃ او حج لانہ عبادۃ تؤدی لافی المسجد الحرام و الاصل ان کل عبادۃ تؤدی لا فی المسجد الحرام فی الاحکام المناسک فالطہارۃ لیست بواجبۃ لہا کالسعی و الوقوف بعرفۃ والمزدلفۃ(غنیۃ ص:٧٢)

It is not allowable to run a Madrasa or Maktab in a masjid or in its basement without the permission and consultation of the masjid management, and that is the reason why this dispute is happening, so the rector of the madrasa should first get permission from the masjid committee and then run the madrasa or maktab in the premises of Masjid.

In the Holy Quran and hadiths, we are ordered with strict words to avoid usury and usury based transactions, even it is said that if those who take and give usury and do not repent, they should be ready to fight against Allah and His Messenger, so all kinds of usurious transaction is forbidden and Haram, thus the matter should not be taken for granted. Therefore, just as life insurance, medical insurance, etc. are prohibited, insurance of goods is also prohibited. You deposit extra money for a fixed period of time, during which you may not need to repair the equipment at all and lose the money. And maybe, so many repairs are needed that the insurers lose. So that is a form of gambling which is clearly prohibited in Islamic Shariah. If the service is given by the said company without an extra charge, it will be allowable and there should be no harm in it.
