The answer to your question is as follows:

You should set alarm so that you will not miss the fajr prayer again. Nevertheless, if fajr prayer is missed due to oversleeping, you have to make up fajr prayer along with two rakat of fajr sunnat as soon as you wake up.  If you couldn’t make up fajr prayer with sunnah before the time of sun-decline, and Zuhr time started, then you have to pray only two obligatory Rakat of Fajr and don't pray two Rakat of fajr Sunnah.

The answer to your question is as follows:

There are two kinds of Sunnat: (1) Sunnate Muakkadah (emphasized sunnat) (2) Sunnate Ghair Muakkadah (a sunnat not emphasized).

(1) Sunnat-e-Muakkadah is a Sunnat which the Prophet of Allah (saws) performed punctually like four rakats sunnah before Zuhr fardh. So if a person abandons this sunnat permanently with no genuine reason, he will be sinful. But there is no sin if anytime the sunnah is missed without any intention or is given up due to some excuses.

 (2) Sunnate Ghair Muakkadah is an optional prayer. It is also proved by the Prophet of Allah (saws) but it is not proved to offer them punctually. Therefore, offering it is a cause reward but leaving it is not a sin like four rakats begore Asr fardh.

The answer to your question is as follows:

It is not allowed to offer voluntary prayers like tahajjud prayers in congregation. Some Ulama consider it Mahrooh only if it is done with Tadaee (pre-announcement) while others consider it makrooh in both cases. The Prophet of Allah (saws) and his companions were not accustomed to offering voluntary prayers in congregation. So in general voluntary prayers should be offered alone. This is the view of majority of the Ulama. An individual practice cannot be an evidence for others. One is obliged to follow the accepted norms of believers.

The answer to your question is as follows:

It is obligatory on Musafir to shorten a 4 Rakat prayer into two Rakats only. However, if a musafir imam leads four rakats then the prayer of local followers will not be valid; they have to reoffer all 4-Rakat prayers that offered behind musafir imam. Because, the last two rakats were supererogatory for the musafir Imam and were obligatory for the followers. And it is not permissible to offer obligatory prayer behind a person performing a nafl prayer. Therefore, the prayers of the local followers are not valid in the above case. So it is obligatory on such people to repeat the prayers of four rakats.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Government has asked Muslims to suspend the Friday congregational prayer for some days as part of efforts to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19. Hence, all are requested to follow strictly the guidelines of the government to be protected from coronavirus pandemic.

In this situation, Imam and Muazzin along with some people (cleaning workers etc.) should offer Friday congregational prayer in masjid and others should stay at home and offer all prayers therein. Masjid should remain closed for general public for all prayers including Friday prayer amid coronavirus pandemic. It is a good measure for safety.

The answer to your question is as follows:

If one prays Qaza namaz at the time of Jahri prayers, then he may recite in both manners loud or quiet. But if he makes up for Qaza at the time of Sirri prayers, then he must recite in quiet manner not aloud. Thus, if he makes up for the Fajr prayers after sunrise, he will recite quietly but if he prays in congregation, the imam will recite aloud.

The answer to your question is as follows:

The Imam's way of giving statement is not appropriate. Yes, it is permissible for the Imam to take salary on rendering imamat service. And it is necessary for those who are taking charge of the mosque to manage the salary of the Imam each month without fail. It is permissible for Imam to take wages on doing Imamate even if he does some business other than Imamate. When the imam is appointed with a fixed salary and the authority agreed upon it, then it is obligatory on those in charge to pay him for his job.

The answer to your question is as follows:

A Musafir Muqtadi will pray full namaz behind a Muqeem imam and it is not permissible for him to do Qasr. The said person does not know the proper ruling of namaz . The one, who has shortened the prayer behind the muqeem imam, is obliged to repeat the prayer, and in such a case he will do Qasr while repeating the prayer.
