Whether the following is Mufta bihi Qoul ? For the same majlis, only one Sijdah is Wajib for repeated tilawat of the Ayat e Sijdah. Majlis will not change may it be too long or one eats or drinks or stands or walks a few steps for example rides on the vehicle or comes out from vehicle or goes from one corner to another of the masjid & bed room (those parts of the masjid where IQTIDA is valid are treated as same place).Furthermore,Journey by boat does not change the Majlis for the sitting person but journey through road by vehicle. The answer to your question is as follows:

Denial of absolute hadith leads to disbelief. So, it will be necessary to make up for salah after renewal of faith. If one denies the credibility of the hadith available in the books, it leads to sin and wickedness and it requires making up for the salah missed and does not require making up for the salah that were offered.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Making or joining a new row, leaving space in front rows is Makrooh (undesirable); the prayer of the Muqtadis in new row will be Makrooh. But in case the Musallis are not in large number then they can make small rows more than one too.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Keeping beard to the extent of one fist in length is wajib in Shariah. If someone's beard is longer than a fist in size, he can trim it so as to make it a fist. However, trimming one's beard shorter than a fist is prohibited and sinful. Performing namaz behind an Imam who trims his beard is makrooh e Tahreemi. Such a person should not be chosen to lead any namaz. Nevertheless the prayers performed behind such an imam are valid and it is not required to repeat them. Practicing muslims should be preferred to be in the trustee or committee of masjid. Those who don’t keep proper beard for fear of Allah, how they can fear Allah in other matters!

However, if there is no person with proper beard available to lead the prayer, then it is better to offer the prayer in jamat (congregation) behind someone who trims his beard than to offer it alone.

The answer to your question is as follows:

You should set alarm so that you will not miss the fajr prayer again. Nevertheless, if fajr prayer is missed due to oversleeping, you have to make up fajr prayer along with two rakat of fajr sunnat as soon as you wake up.  If you couldn’t make up fajr prayer with sunnah before the time of sun-decline, and Zuhr time started, then you have to pray only two obligatory Rakat of Fajr and don't pray two Rakat of fajr Sunnah.

The answer to your question is as follows:

There are two kinds of Sunnat: (1) Sunnate Muakkadah (emphasized sunnat) (2) Sunnate Ghair Muakkadah (a sunnat not emphasized).

(1) Sunnat-e-Muakkadah is a Sunnat which the Prophet of Allah (saws) performed punctually like four rakats sunnah before Zuhr fardh. So if a person abandons this sunnat permanently with no genuine reason, he will be sinful. But there is no sin if anytime the sunnah is missed without any intention or is given up due to some excuses.

 (2) Sunnate Ghair Muakkadah is an optional prayer. It is also proved by the Prophet of Allah (saws) but it is not proved to offer them punctually. Therefore, offering it is a cause reward but leaving it is not a sin like four rakats begore Asr fardh.

The answer to your question is as follows:

It is not allowed to offer voluntary prayers like tahajjud prayers in congregation. Some Ulama consider it Mahrooh only if it is done with Tadaee (pre-announcement) while others consider it makrooh in both cases. The Prophet of Allah (saws) and his companions were not accustomed to offering voluntary prayers in congregation. So in general voluntary prayers should be offered alone. This is the view of majority of the Ulama. An individual practice cannot be an evidence for others. One is obliged to follow the accepted norms of believers.

The answer to your question is as follows:

It is obligatory on Musafir to shorten a 4 Rakat prayer into two Rakats only. However, if a musafir imam leads four rakats then the prayer of local followers will not be valid; they have to reoffer all 4-Rakat prayers that offered behind musafir imam. Because, the last two rakats were supererogatory for the musafir Imam and were obligatory for the followers. And it is not permissible to offer obligatory prayer behind a person performing a nafl prayer. Therefore, the prayers of the local followers are not valid in the above case. So it is obligatory on such people to repeat the prayers of four rakats.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Government has asked Muslims to suspend the Friday congregational prayer for some days as part of efforts to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19. Hence, all are requested to follow strictly the guidelines of the government to be protected from coronavirus pandemic.

In this situation, Imam and Muazzin along with some people (cleaning workers etc.) should offer Friday congregational prayer in masjid and others should stay at home and offer all prayers therein. Masjid should remain closed for general public for all prayers including Friday prayer amid coronavirus pandemic. It is a good measure for safety.

The answer to your question is as follows:

If one prays Qaza namaz at the time of Jahri prayers, then he may recite in both manners loud or quiet. But if he makes up for Qaza at the time of Sirri prayers, then he must recite in quiet manner not aloud. Thus, if he makes up for the Fajr prayers after sunrise, he will recite quietly but if he prays in congregation, the imam will recite aloud.
