The answer to your question is as follows:

A woman should sit on the ground first and then go for sajdah. A woman should attach her stomach with her thighs and arms with her armpit and her elbows and wrists to the ground in Sajdah. It is correct method a woman should keep on offering salah on this very method. She is not allowed to do sajda like men.

The answer to your question is as follows:

The Imam's way of giving statement is not appropriate. Yes, it is permissible for the Imam to take salary on rendering imamat service. And it is necessary for those who are taking charge of the mosque to manage the salary of the Imam each month without fail. It is permissible for Imam to take wages on doing Imamate even if he does some business other than Imamate. When the imam is appointed with a fixed salary and the authority agreed upon it, then it is obligatory on those in charge to pay him for his job.

The answer to your question is as follows:

A Musafir Muqtadi will pray full namaz behind a Muqeem imam and it is not permissible for him to do Qasr. The said person does not know the proper ruling of namaz . The one, who has shortened the prayer behind the muqeem imam, is obliged to repeat the prayer, and in such a case he will do Qasr while repeating the prayer.

Prayer / Friday & Eidain prayers
sir, i offer zuhar sunnah at home and then go to the mosque. Before Faraz namaz (Jammat) I offer two Rakat nafil (shukrana). I am told that there is no nafil after sunnah rakat i.e. no nafil between sunnah and faraz. i can offer nafil only after faraz, two rakat sunnah . Kindly guide me whether I should continue to offer nafil after sunnah rakat and before faraz nimaz of zohar.

The answer to your question is as it follows:

The Musafir Muqtadi is also obliged to follow his Muqeem imam in all arkan (obligatory acts) of salah. If musafir muqtadi didn’t follow his imam in 3rd and 4th rakat, his namaz will not be valid.

The answer to your question is as follows:

You should act upon whatever is certain to you and do Qada Akhira after every rakat that you suppose the last one. If you are confused about the validity of namaz after completion, then it is better to repeat the same.

Repeating the same surah in two rakats intentionally is not liked but the namaz would be valid.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Reading dua between the two sajdas is narrated in ahadith. Hence it is allowed to read the dua. But for imam, it is not desirable to read it in congregational prayer as it may lengthen the prayer and cause difficulty to weak, old and sick people in congregation while a hadith says "If anyone of you leads the people in prayer, he must make it light" And Muqtadi (follower) also should not read the dua as he has to follow the Imam properly.

Nevertheless for Munfarid (person offering Salah individually), it is a preferable act to read the dua regardless of the prayer being a farḍ (obligatory) or a nafl (voluntary) prayer.
