The answer to your question is as follows:

The animals slaughtered according to the Shariah method got tanned and are pure, and the animals slaughtered in the non-Shariah ways must be tanned to get purified. Until they are purified, their sale is not permissible. If the people, from where and whom you buy the skins tell you that it is impure then it is not allowable to sell it, but if it is not known at all and no major guess can be made, then it is considered to be pure. It will be permitted to act as an intermediary in buying and selling it and your earnings will be lawful.

All kinds of skins except pigs’ can be sold after tanning, just as it is tanned with drugs and clay, it can also be tanned by just sprinkling salt. If you don't tan the skins at all, they would be at high risk of damage.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Usurious and interest based dealing is a major sin in Islam. So, Interest based loan is not allowed. The holy Quran and Hadith warn those who go for interest based dealings. In Shariah, the interest money should be taken out from the bank and given freely to the poor without intention of getting reward. However, as you also have an account with the bank from which you took the loan, and from the same bank you got some interest amount. Therefore, you are allowed to pay the interest amount to pay to loan interest. But, you have to avoid such a usurious loan in the future.

The answer to your question is as follows:

Usury is forbidden in the Islamic Shari'ah,  and it is clearly proven in the holy Quran and Hadith. It is a matter of great danger to make any kind of flexibility. In the Holy Qur'an, Allah Almighty has ordered us to avoid usurious transactions with strict words, and also in the hadiths, it has also been strongly condemned; therefore it is not permissible to take usurious loans. If there is a strong reason to do so, point it out and send your query again.
