The answer to your question is as follows:
Feeding on the occasion of a child’s birth to express one’s pleasure is allowed. But this is not called ‘birth day celebration’. Birthday is celebrated each year and this was not allowed in ‘Fatawa Rasheeiya’. Feeding on the day of a child’s birth has no relation with the birthday celebration of our time.

The answer to your question is as follows:
In this situation, the woman should wait until she is pure. However, if the days of Hajj started and she is still on her menses, she should go through all rituals except Tawaf. She must delay the Tawaf till she gets pure. Nevertheless, if she is still in menses and the departure time has arrived then she should wear sanitary pads and perform Tawafe Ziyarat which is Fard. Doing Tawafe Ziyarat in the state of menses is a Jinayat, so she must also slaughter an animal, such as camel or cow etc. in the Haram premises. She should leave all other Tawafs. And there shall be no penalty upon her for leaving Tawaf.

The answer to your question is as follows:
The marriage was valid and it remains valid till date, but if the wife wants to separate from him, she can get divorce or khula from the husband. However, if the husband is not ready for divorce or does not accept Khula, she can consult a nearby Darul-Qaza for a better solution.
وَلاَ یَحِلُّ لَکُمْ اَنْ تَأْخُذُوْا مِمَّا اٰتَیْتُمُوْہُنَّ شَیْئًا اِلاَّ اَنْ یَّخَافَا اَلاَّ یُقِیْمَا حُدُوْدَ اللّٰہِ فَاِنْ خِفْتُمْ اَلاَّ یُقِیْمَا حُدُوْدَ اللّٰہِ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَیْہِمَا فِیْمَا افْتَدَتْ بِہٖ تِلْکَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰہِ فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوْہَا وَمَنْ یَتَعَدَّ حُدُوْدَ اللّٰہِ فَاُولٰٓـئِکَ ہُمُ الظَّالِمُوْنَ ۔ ( البقرۃ : ۲۲۹)
"هو ازالة ملك االنكاح بلفظ الخلع المتوقفة علي قبولها بلفظ الخلع أو مافي معناه.....(وهو يمين في جانبه) لأنه تعليق الطلاق بقبول المال (فلا يصح رجوعه) عنه (قبل قبولها، ولا يصح شرط الخيار له، ولا يقتصر على المجلس) أي مجلسه، ويقتصر قبولها على مجلس علمها (وفي جانبها معاوضة) بمال (فصح رجوعها) قبل قبوله (و) صح (شرط الخيار لها) ولو أكثر من ثلاثة أيام بحر (ويقتصر على المجلس) كالبيع." The answer to your question is as follows:
If the departure time has arrived and the woman is going thforugh menses and she is yet to perform Tawaf-e Ziyarat. In this case, the woman should wear sanitary pads and perform Tawafe Ziyarat. Doing Tawafe Ziyarat in the state of menses is a Jinayat, so she must also slaughter an animal, such as camel or cow etc. in the Haram premises as a penalty.

The answer to your question is as follows:
There is a difference of opinion about the prophethood and life of Hazrat Khidr (as), so it is difficult to make a definite decision. However, according to the preferred view, Hazrat Khidr (as) was a prophet. It is allowed to make dua to Allah with the wasila of an angel, a prophet and a wali. We couldn’t find any narration about asking the angels to pray.

A Muslim should always keep on wearing the dress of pious persons. However, if one is wearing paint and shirt in which the contour of body parts is not exposed and the structure of hidden parts is not revealed then it may be allowable.

You have to follow your Imam in two Rakats. When your Imam turns salam, you should stand up without salam and complete your salah by offering the remaining two rakats i.e. being a muqeem you have to pray complete four rakats.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Everything is not considered as a currency, for that local government and the state authority should recognize the value of this currency and give it the status of exchange, in general transactions and people accept such currency willingly. It is also notable that in the recent era, external existence is not necessary for the currency; rather, due to legal status and practice among people, it is recognized as valuable currency, as nowadays there is no external existence of currency in online transactions, but it is accepted among the people, if someone transfers, and in exchange, wants external currency he may receive and give it to others.
This is not the case with crypto currency, nor it is commonly practiced, nor it is legal everywhere, but experts are of the opinion that crypto currency does not conform to the rules of currency; rather it is a fictitious currency. That is why its daily price varies very much, while the normal currency does not vary to this extent.
Moreover, experts also say that everyone can create crypto currency, while everyone does not have the right to make currency. It is mostly used in speculation; its value is in the hands of a few people. Crypto-currency itself has no worth and value, so its materiality is doubtful. Hence, it is not valid to buy and sell through crypto-currency.
مطلب في النبهرجة والزيوف والستوقة وفي التتارخانية الدراهم أنواع أربعة: جياد، ونبهرجة، وزيوف، وستوقة. واختلفوا في تفسير النبهرجة، قيل هي التي تضرب في غير دار السلطان والزيوف: هي المغشوشة. والستوقة: صفر مموه بالفضة. وقال عامة المشايخ: الجياد فضة خالصة تروج في التجارات وتوضع في بيت المال. والزيوف ما زيفه بيت المال: أي يرده، ولكن تأخذه التجار في التجارات لا بأس بالشراء بها، ولكن يبين للبائع أنها زيوف. والنبهرجة: ما يرده التجار. والستوقة: أن يكون الطاق الأعلى فضة والأسفل كذلك وبينهما صفر وليس لها حكم الدراهم(فتاوي شامي " مطلب في النبهرية و الزيوف" 5/233) وفي الكشف الكبير المال ما يميل إليه الطبع ويمكن ادخاره لوقت الحاجة والمالية إنما ثبت بتمول الناس كافة أو بتقوم البعض والتقوم يثبت بها وبإباحة الانتفاع له شرعا فما يكون مباح الانتفاع بدون تمول الناس لا يكون مالا كحبة حنطة وما يكون مالا بين الناس ولا يكون مباح الانتفاع لا يكون متقوما كالخمر، وإذا عدم الأمر إن لم يثبت واحد منهما كالدم. اهـ(البحر الرائق‘كتاب البيع" 5/277)
