There were two companions of our Prophet Mohammad (saws) with the names “Muaz” and “Muawwaz” who participated in the battle of Badr. So Muawwaz is good name for your newly born baby. May Allah make him pious, knowledgeable and good to his parents! (Ameen)

The answer to your question is as follow:
Such confusions are due to poor understanding of meaning of the hadith. In some narrations the word ‘al-sareer’ is mentioned instead of ‘al-Arsh’. And al-sreer’ means ‘the bed’. So the hadith means that it was the bed of Hazrat Saad's funeral which began to shake.
The second meaning is that the meaning ofاھتز or ‘shook’ is not ‘to move’; rather it means ‘it became happy’. Such symbolic meanings are found in Arabic terms. Now the meaning of the hadith is that on the death of Hazrat Saad ibn Mu'az, the Throne of the Rahman rejoiced.
In the same way, the happiness of the Throne here means the happiness of the angels who carry the Throne of Rahman. So the hadith means: on the death of Hazrat Saad bin Mu'adh, the angels—who carry the Throne of Allah—rejoiced. Now there is no objection on the hadith.
The rejoicing of Rahman can also be meant, because Allah, the Exalted rejoices the meeting with a pious believer, and it is through the death that a man can meet Allah.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Learning Iman means various things like: purifying the heart from non-God, purifying the deeds from show off, purifying the soul from vile morals, purifying the earnings from disgusting sources, and keeping the society away from different forms of dirtiness prevalent in the era of Ignorance. When a Muslim acquires these basic things, his heart develops the ability to learn and act upon the Shariah rules and deeds. So the learning sought after purification is more useful. Therefore, the Companions of the Prophet (saws) said that they first learned Iman (purification of the heart) and then only turned to the Qur'an (learning). Moreover, the real purpose of education and learning is to enhance faith and purification. Otherwise, without purification of deeds and morals, mere knowledge is of no value.

The answer to your question is as follows:
You are a Shariah Musafir at the new place you have been transferred to; you will pray a short prayer there. Unless you intend to stay there for 15 days, you will remain a shariah Musafir. Therefore, as long as you stay there for a short time (less than 15 days), you have to do Qasr (half) not itmam (full).
