The answer to your question is as follows:
A Hadith with reference to a book namely ‘Musannaf e Abdur Razzaq’ is stated about the same. But it does not exist in ‘Musannaf Abdur Razzaq’. The Hadith is labeled with Mauzoo.
ومنها ما ذكره العجلوني في كشف الخفا [1/ 265] ، قال: روى عبد الرزاق بسنده عن جابر بن عبد الله قال: قلت: يا رسول الله بأبي أنت وأمي أخبرني عن أول شيء خلقه الله قبل الأشياء؟، قال: يا جابر إن الله تعالى خلق قبل الأشياء نور نبيك من نوره فجعل ذلك النور يدور بالقدرة حيث شاء، ولم يكن في ذلك الوقت لوح ولا قلم ولا جنة ولا نار ولا ملك ... الحديث بطوله۔ وهذا لم نقف عليه في المطبوع من المصنف للحافظ عبد الرزاق، (شرف المصطفی 1/307، السیرۃ الحلبیۃ 1/214) (کشف الخفاء حرف الھمزہ مع الھاء 1/302)

Imam Tirmizi has reported this hadith and remarked as ‘Ghareeb’. Hakim and Zahabi also reported it. Imam Nawawi reported this hadith in Azkar and said that its sanad is weak. (مرعاۃ المفاتیح شرح مشکوۃ 7/346)۔

The answer to your question is as follows:
If the woman could not fulfill her wish during her lifetime nor she made a will for the construction of a mosque and the marriage of orphan girls, then after her death the whole amount will be distributed among her heirs. The distribution will be according to the Shariah shares and no amount can be set aside due to mere expression of wish. However if the heirs are all willing to go ahead with the wish then with the consent of all, the money could be taken out and used for the said purposes.

An Islamic religious law is called ‘Mas’ala’. Sometimes, the Islamic law is given in answer to a question so the same is called fatwa. So the fatwa is always given to answer to a particular query. Mas’alah includes all types of Islamic laws.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Islam gave the husband the right to have sex with his wife whenever he wants, and if the wife refuses to engage in sexual relationship with her husband without any genuine reason, the husband has right o force his wife to have sex with her. This is not called rape. However, Islam advised that the sexual intercourse between husband and wife should be conducted with intimacy and love.
Moreover, if she is in menstruation or has a contagious disease then she has the right to refrain from her husband.

The answer to your question is as follows:
It is Mustahab (desirable) to start dua with the praise of Allah and durood and end it with the same. It is sunnah way of supplication. However, ending dua with kalima is not found in authentic books.

The answer to your question is follows:
Your cousin sister is not mahram for you; you must maintain proper Parda from her. Because of the lack of proper Parda it has happened. It is a forbidden and heinous crime and sinful act that should not have been occurred. Now, repent to Allah and seek forgiveness for your sins, and keep away from the same in the future. However, due to this shameful act, the Musaharat will take place.
عن معقل بن يسار رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لأن يُطعن في رأس أحدكم بمخيط من حديد خير له من أن يمسّ امرأة لاتحلّ له." رواه الطبراني". (صحيح الجامع 5045)
"وفي رواية : أَنَّهُ يُبَايِعُهُنَّ بِالْكَلامِ .. وَمَا مَسَّتْ كَفُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَفَّ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ". (صحيح مسلم 3470)
It is said in the hadith that if an iron needle is thrust into a man's head, it is better for him than touching a non-mahram woman, who is not permissible for him.

The answer to your question is as follows:
It is permissible to buy a car in installments but it should be kept in mind that the total price of the item should be fixed at the time of purchase and nothing extra should be charged due to delay in payment of any installment. However, this condition is not met in today’s banking system, so it is not permissible to buy from banks on installment.
وإذا عقد العقد على أنه إلى أجل كذا بكذا وبالنقد بكذا، أو قال: إلى شهر بكذا أو إلى شهرين بكذا فهو فاسد؛ لأنه لم يعاطه على ثمن معلوم؛ ولنهي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن شرطين في بيع، وهذا هو تفسير الشرطين في بيع، ومطلق النهي يوجب الفساد في العقود الشرعية، وهذا إذا افترقا على هذا، فإن كان يتراضيان بينهما ولم يتفرقا حتى قاطعه على ثمن معلوم، وأتما العقد عليه فهو جائز؛ لأنهما ما افترقا إلا بعد تمام شرط صحة العقد". إذ لا يجوز لاحد من المسلمين أخذ مال أحد بغير سبب شرعي. (باب التعزير:مطلب في التعزير بأخذ المال ٦١/٤ ط:سعيد) (عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: نهی رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم عن بيعتين في بيعة. (رواه مالك و الترمذي و ابوداؤد و النسائي)
