The answer to your question is as follows:
It is a kind of offering bribe which is unlawful; you must shun it. You have to work hard in your studies and contact the experts to know the easiest way to pass the examination. You are not allowed to deceive for your personal gain. You should not pay money to get a certificate. It is cheating and a kind of deception. The answer to your question is as follows:
There is no difference between Haram and Makrooh Tahrimi in practice, but there is a difference in evidence. Haram means something that is proved by definite evidence, while Makrooh-e Tahrimi means something that is proved by indefinite evidence. Yes, Makrooh-e Tanzihi, which means something that is not desirable though not sinful, is close to Halal, but it is better to avoid it. The prohibition of cigarette smoking is not proved by definite evidence, so it is called Makrooh and not Haram.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Prawn is Halal or Haram? It depends on whether the prawn lies under the category of fish or not. Some Islamic scholars – linguists say it is a kind of fish, thus it is Halal. Other scholars – zoologists regard it a kind of crab other than fish, and hence it is Haram. However, prawn being a fish is preferable. (Imdadul Fatawa 4/103, Fiqhi Maqalat 3/217)

The answer to your question is as follows:
As you have written, it is not in the current versions of Mustadrak. I also searched and could not find it. However, ‘Mulla Ali Qari’ wrote in ‘Mirqatul Mafateeh’ with reference to ‘Mustadrak’ with the addition of 'علی'. So it could be read both ways (with or without 'علی'). Allama Nawawi has also declared it in ‘Azkar’ as Sunnah to recite Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem and Bismillah in the supplication of food. So there is an extension in this matter.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Tawaf al-Wida (Farewell Tawaf) is performed by the pilgrims just before leaving Makkah after completing the Hajj. It is the final rite that is performed in Makkah prior to moving on to the next destination. Doing tawaf-e-Wida is wajib for an Afaqi. The time of Tawaf-e-Widaa begins just after Tawaf-e-Ziyarat. If a person performed any tawaf after tawaf-e-ziayarat that will suffice from Tawaf-e-Widaa. However, if a person leaves Tawaf-e-Widaa completely, then Dum (slaughtering) becomes obligatory on him which is to be sacrificed in the premises of the holy Haram. If he is not there, he can send money to a person who will pay the Dum on his behalf. In the case you mention, your wife is Halal for you.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Tawaf-e-Wida (Farewell Tawaf) is achieved if a person performs any Tawaf even an optional tawaf after Tawaf-e-Ziyarat. Doing tawaf-e-Wida is wajib for an Afaqi. Any tawaf offered after tawaf-e-ziyarat will suffice for Tawaf-e-Widaa. However, if a person leaves Tawaf-e-Widaa completely, then Dum becomes obligatory on him. Since you have completed all the rituals of hajj, your wife is Halal for you.
